Meagan Parent

Meagan is a solicitor in the Planning, Infrastructure, and Public Law department (PIP).

Since qualifying in September 2023, Meagan has primarily worked on compulsory purchase and development consent orders, where she has advised both promoters and interested parties. She has also advised on protective provisions and agreements to secure land rights and transfer powers.

During her training contract at BDB Pitmans, Meagan completed a seat in PIP after her seat in real estate, during which she gained additional experience with the planning and property aspects of major infrastructure projects. Meagan is a member of National Infrastructure Planning Association (NIPA) and the Compulsory Purchase Association (CPA).

Meagan also belongs to internal D&I groups and is a member of the firm’s CSR Committee.
