Sadie has over 12 years’ experience and specialises in residential property including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity’s and probate sales. She also has in-depth knowledge and experience of new builds, including Help to Buy, shared ownership and property portfolios.
Having always worked and lived within Southampton she has extensive knowledge of the local area together with strong relationships with local estate agents, other solicitors and parties involved in a transaction.

- Acting on the the sale of two residential cottages worth approximately £2 million each, contained within agricultural land
- Acting on a purchase whereby the land was locked with no rights of way, and creating a Deed of Easement to allow legal access
