- Acting for the executors and trustees of a high profile entertainer in the music industry, dealing with wills in multiple jurisdictions, assets worldwide and addressing various claims against the deceased’s estate and business interests. Clearing USA taxes under the USA / UK Double Taxation Treaty
- Acting for a UK resident client with a lost UK will and assets in the UK and India, obtaining BPR on significant UK interests and also working with the India Estate Tax Treaty to ensure assets in India excluded from UK IHT
