Zoe has assisted a wide range of clients to defend employment tribunal claims including: a leading transport company, a subsidiary of one of the largest independent financial advisory groups and a national wildlife charity.
Zoe also undertakes a great deal of non-contentious work including advising a top London department store in connection to its obligations under TUPE in light of the sale of a number of its entities. Zoe also advises both companies, charities and trusts on workplace policies and procedures, and contracts of employment. Such clients include a large commercial real estate business and a healthcare trust.
Zoe advises on both contentious and non-contentious issues for commercial clients and senior individuals including: disciplinary, performance and grievance issues, maternity/family leave issues and equal opportunities, redundancy, restructuring and TUPE, employment disputes and avoidance, including the Employment Tribunal, due diligence, drafting warranties and indemnities in connection with corporate transactions, workplace contracts, policies and benefits and senior executive issues, including negotiating exits.
