Measures to help the progress of DCO projects

The effect of the COVID-19 crisis on the economy of every country in the world has been profound, and the UK has been no exception. From my vantage point as an infrastructure planning lawyer, it seems to me that keeping the planning and consenting of infrastructure projects going as far as possible so that they can be built and operated will help with the twin aims of reducing the depth of the inevitable recession and speeding up the corresponding recovery.
