With the Future Homes and Buildings Standard  set to come into effect in 2025, partner in BDB Pitmans’ real estate team and Head of Newbuild, Jeremy Davy, looks at the work being done as part of an industry-wide effort to meet the climate challenge head-on in an article for Property Wire.
