Team news

It is a striking fact that any given individual or trust is likely to need advice on a much more diverse range of issues than might at first appear – though that should hardly surprise us given how multi-faceted our lives are. For example the classic landed or farming estate needs to focus not only on the property aspects but also on other ‘secondary’ aspects which can be equally vital to maintain financial health and create a workable, practical structure to pass on, whether this is through a sale or to later generations of the family.

In a similar way, an individual or trust whose profile includes international aspects needs well-rounded advice. Good tax planning in all relevant jurisdictions is of course fundamental, but a structure that adapts to the changing international scene to preserve wealth for future generations is also a ‘must-have’. Click here to subscribe to our new blog, International Insights, to get regular short briefings to keep you up to date in a swift-changing world.
