BDB shortlisted for Planning Law Firm of the Year

BDB are delighted to be shortlisted for Planning Law Firm of the Year at the Planning Awards 2018. Recognising excellence in both planning and placemaking, these awards are run by Planning magazine in conjunction with websites PlanningResource and PlacemakingResource.

The Planning Law Firm of the Year category rewards outstanding legal advice that has enabled clients to have a positive impact on the physical or environmental quality of a place or places and / or the economic or social well-being of a community or communities.

Angus Walker, head of the planning and infrastructure team, comments:

‘We are delighted that the work carried out by Sarah Clark and her team for the Environment Agency in securing consent for the Boston Barrier project has been shortlisted for this award and we will be attending the awards ceremony on 6 June with our fingers crossed. The project is now under construction and will protect 14,000 properties in Lincolnshire from flooding.’

Winners are announced on 6 June 2018.
