Matthew Heyworth, partner in our family law team, has been named as one of the 2019 eprivateclient ‘Top 35 Under 35’. The initiative is designed to identify, promote and introduce the rising stars of the Private Client practitioner community.

It is considered to be the definitive list of young private client practitioners, which includes lawyers, accountants, trustees or any other professional intermediary. The list is published following a nomination and judging process where each nominee is judged based on their achievements over the past 12 months.

Matthew covers all aspects of family law including divorce, matrimonial finances, preparation of both pre and / post nuptial agreements and children matters. He regularly advises on complex divorce cases which involve business interests, trusts, foreign assets and multiple properties. Matthew commonly deals with cases concerning disputes over pre-marital and post-separation assets as well as inheritances. Also specialising in children matters, Matthew has represented clients in protracted contact disputes, cases involving allegations of abuse and application to remove the children from the jurisdiction.
