Are working fathers discriminated against in shared parental leave?
A recent survey by PowWowNow revealed that 44% of fathers who had taken shared parental leave experienced some form of discrimination. It is therefore not surprising that only 1 in 10 fathers have taken shared parental leave since it was introduced in 2015.
