BDB Pitmans’ corporate and commercial department has advised WH Ireland Limited and Alvarium Capital Partners Limited – as joint brokers – on Immotion Group plc’s recent placing, raising £2.37 million through an advanced bookbuild and broker option.
Immotion Group is a UK-based, immersive virtual reality entertainment company, and this secondary fundraising follows a year after its launch on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
The BDB Pitmans team advising on the transaction was led by partner Nick McCarthy who worked closely alongside legal director Andrew McGlashan.
