Chambers legal directory: ‘Private Wealth 2020 Guide’
We were delighted, once again, to have been invited to contribute the UK Law and Practice section of the Chambers Private Wealth 2020 Guide.
Chambers and Partners is an independent research company operating across 200 jurisdictions delivering detailed rankings and insight into the world’s leading lawyers. It produces global practice guides intended to provide in-house counsel with expert legal commentary on the main practice areas in key jurisdictions around the world, including the UK, designed to enable the reader to compare legislation and procedure across a range of key jurisdictions. To do this it selects contributing editors who are ranked in the relevant Chambers Guides as the best in their field.
The private wealth guide covers 29 jurisdictions and considers tax; succession; trusts; family business planning; wealth disputes; roles and responsibilities of fiduciaries; citizenship; planning for minors, adults with disabilities, and elders; planning for non-traditional families; and charitable planning.
Alastair Collett, Judith Millar, Elizabeth Neale and Hugo Smith wrote the UK Law and Practice section. Helen Ratcliffe authored an article for the guide on UK Trends and Developments. You can view the full guide here.
