BDB acts for Arden Partners on flotation of Trackwise Designs Plc

Bircham Dyson Bell (BDB) has advised Arden Partners Plc in its capacity as nominated adviser and broker to Trackwise Designs Plc, in connection with its admission to AIM and a £7 million placing of new shares.

Trackwise Designs Plc is an established business with a worldwide customer base that manufactures specialist products using printed circuit technology, replacing conventional wire harness, particularly in the aviation, automotive and aerospace industries. One of the aims of Trackwise’s listing is to accelerate the breakout growth of improved harness technology (IHT) from the stable foundation provided by radio frequency (RF) – IHT and RF being Trackwise’s two core divisions.

The BDB team acting on the IPO was led by corporate partner Nick McCarthy, assisted by senior associate Andrew McGlashan and associate Rebecca Arnheim.
