BDB Pitmans advises Xpediator plc on its purchase of Nidd Transport Limited

BDB Pitmans has successfully advised Xpediator plc, the AIM listed parent to a network of pan-European logistics and transport businesses, on their purchase of all the shares in Nidd Transport Limited.

Nidd Transport’s established daily express delivery service focusing on North England and Western Europe will complement Xpediator’s strengths in the rest of the UK and Europe.
